RYE ARRAIGNED IN NAPOLEON MUNICIPAL COURT

 

A Napoleon man is facing three felony charges following a pursuit that led to an arrest early Thursday morning in Henry County.  28 year old Ricky Rye, Jr. of Napoleon was arraigned in Municipal Court on charges of Breaking and Entering, Failure to Comply, and Possession of Criminal Tools.   Bond for Rye was set at $30,000 for the three cases.  He is scheduled back in court for a preliminary hearing on Monday.

                        31 year old John Serda, Jr. of Deshler was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony-1 charge of Aggravated Burglary.  Serda waived his preliminary hearing, and remains in custody on a cash bond of $100,000.

And 29 year old George Corona, Jr. of Napoleon was bound over to the Grand Jury on a felony charge of Domestic Violence.  A temporary protection order remains in place for the victim in this case.
