A Napoleon man is headed to prison following his conviction on a felony charge of Misuse of a Credit Card.  25 year old Brett Bunting of Napoleon pled guilty to the credit card offense in Henry County Common Pleas Court, and was sentenced to 17 months in prison.   Bunting must also make restitution of nearly $500.

32 year old Curtis Otto of Napoleon has entered a guilty plea to felony charges of Breaking and Entering, along with two counts of Burglary.   A pre-sentence investigation was ordered in Otto’s case.

                        49 year old William Davis of Toledo pled guilty to Forgery; and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered by the court.

                        Due to violation of probation, James Slone of Liberty Center had his community control continued, on a previous conviction for Trafficking in Marijuana.

And a jury trial has been set for October 16th in Henry County Common Pleas Court for 55 year old Maurice Peddicord of Napoleon.  Peddicord is facing a charge of Gross Sexual Imposition, in a crime that allegedly involved a victim under 13.
