HENRY COUNTY COURT- KRUEGER, HARUFF VIOLATE PROBATION
A couple of local residents appeared in Henry County Common Pleas Court recently in response to violations of community control. 20 year old Rebecca Krueger of rural Napoleon admitted to the violations, after her conviction on charges of Breaking and Entering, along with Burglary. Krueger was ordered to serve 11 months in prison
And James Haruff of Liberty Center admitted to violating his probation, after a conviction for Trafficking in Marijuana. The court ordered Haruff’s community control be extended.
In Fulton County Common Pleas Court, 37 year old Timothy Miller of Napoleon pled guilty to Attempted Trespassing in a Habitation. Miller was placed on community control for one year, was fined $350, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
