FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS REVIEW MAINTENANCE WORK
The Fulton County Commissioners got an update on maintenance work that has been tackled so far this year, and what remains to be done in 2013. Maintenance Director Todd Bingham compiled the list of completed projects, which included installation of 3 new heating and air conditioning units, removing a gas line, completion of a roof project, and sealing of parking lots. Still to be completed on Fulton County facilities are jobs like an electrical upgrade at the Fulton Plaza, along with installation of a handicapped accessible ramp. A masonry project is underway at the Fulton County Courthouse, and roof repairs at the engineer’s building are partially complete. Another roof project is planned at the Fulton County board of DD before the end of the year.
The Fulton County Commissioners approved a contract with NR&G Recycling of Napoleon to handle ferrous and non-ferrous materials. And they passed a resolution to join a group purchasing program for electric power.
