FRICKE SENTENCED IN FULTON COUNTY COURT
A sentence was handed down in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, in a case involving cash and assets stolen from a grain elevator. 55 year old William Fricke of Pettisville was found guilty of Grant Theft, Delayed Price Agreement, Misapplication of Corporate Assets, and 4 more counts of Insolvent Handler-not to accept Deposits. Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman reports the Archbold Elevator deprived farmers of grain bank corn valued up to $150,000; and accepted deposits of ag-commodities, knowing the business was insolvent. The conviction further states Fricke misapplied funds and credits for his personal use.
Judge James Barber sentenced William Fricke to 34 months in prison, and ordered him to make restitution of over 3.1 million dollars.
