ARRESTS OVER THE WEEKEND IN HENRY COUNTY

 

Napoleon officers were sent to 1140 East Riverview at 11:42pm Saturday for a report of disorderly conduct.  35 year old Jeremy Homan of Napoleon was charged with Obstructing official business, and was transported to the regional jail.

On Sunday at 12:36pm, Napoleon Police were contacted regarding a narcotics incident at 655 South Perry Street.

Some pool lawn chairs were stolen in a theft Sunday afternoon at 160 Orchard Lane.

Officers issued a summons to court Sunday for Jeffrey and Sherry Kutzli at 179 East Maumee, on charges of Drug Possession and Drug Paraphanalia.

                        At that same location Sunday, James Stewart was charged with Theft, and Raymond Munoz of Napoleon was charged with Drug Possession and Theft.

 

The Henry County Sheriff’s office issued a summons to court for 51 year old Kenneth Miller of rural Deshler on Friday afternoon, in a case stemming from marijuana plants found in Richfield Township.
